๐ฏ General Rules
- Mandatory Check-In: All players must check in at least 15 minutes before their match begins. Late arrivals may be disqualified.
- Respect & Conduct: Disrespectful behavior, abusive language, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated โ players will be warned once, then disqualified.
- No Cheating: Use of any hacks, aimbots, macros, or unauthorized software is strictly forbidden and will result in an instant ban.
- Clean Identity: Gamer tags, usernames, and avatars must be appropriate and school-friendly. Anything offensive will result in name removal or disqualification.
- Follow Referee Instructions: The decision of tournament referees and organizers is final. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
๐ซ Rules for Schools & Learners
- Enrolled Students Only: All participants must be officially enrolled at the school they represent.
- Adult Supervision Required: Every team must have a designated coach, teacher, or adult supervisor present for the duration of the event.
- Uniform & Representation: Students must represent their schools professionally, including attire and behavior, whether onsite or online.
- Parental Consent: Learners under 18 years old must have signed permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
- Educational Balance: Participants must not skip classes or schoolwork for tournaments unless approved by school leadership.
๐ฎ Gameplay Rules
- Game Settings: All matches will follow official tournament rules for the specific game being played (e.g. Fortnite, FIFA, Rocket League, etc.).
- Match Format: Most games will be Best of 1 (BO1) in qualifiers, Best of 3 (BO3) in semifinals, and Best of 5 (BO5) in finals.
- Disconnects & Crashes: Players must report any technical issues immediately. Replays or rematches are only allowed at the refereeโs discretion.
- Streaming & Recording: Any player streaming must have a 2-minute delay to prevent stream sniping.
- Team Substitutions: Substitutes must be approved before the match starts. No mid-game substitutions allowed.
๐ค Sportsmanship
- No Trash-Talking: All interactions โ in voice, text, or game โ must be respectful. No trash-talking or taunting allowed.
- Zero Tolerance: Any behavior that promotes racism, sexism, bullying, or hate speech results in immediate disqualification.
- Shake Hands (Virtually or In-Person): Win or lose, players must show good sportsmanship after the match.
๐ Prizes & Awards
- Winners: Top teams or players will receive trophies, certificates, and sponsored prizes.
- Recognition: Highlights, MVPs, and school profiles will be posted on the official website and social media.
- Fair Play Bonus: Teams that show outstanding teamwork and conduct may receive bonus recognition or surprise rewards.
